Paul Grimes & Associates Ltd was established in Ashbourne in 1971. We expanded in 1993 with a second office in Skerries, Co Dublin and in 2013 we opened our third office in Dublin at 34 Pembroke Street Lwr, Dublin 2. We have recently added to our Dublin base by opening a second office in Clontarf, an affluent coastal suburb on the north side of the city. Clontarf is just 15 minutes from the city centre – and home to some of Dublin’s finest residential properties. Our office is on the seafront with views of Dublin Bay.
