Paul Grimes & Associates Ltd was established in Ashbourne in 1971. We expanded in 1993 with a second office in Skerries, Co Dublin and in 2013 we opened our third office in Dublin at 34 Pembroke Street Lwr, Dublin 2 and in August 2019 in Clontarf Dublin 3.
As a firm REA GRIMES are members of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI RICS). Our sales, letting and valuation teams are individual members of the SCSI & RICS.

REA GRIMES are one of the founding member firms of Real Estate Alliance. In 2002 Paul Grimes Senior spearheaded the working group involved in the initial stages of the setting up of REA, the national property grouping of experienced, professional and qualified agents.
